instances of individuals being contacted by email from a source
purporting to represent James Berry & Associates seeking assistance
to liquidate the funds of a deceased client and promising payment
of several million US dollars.
These emails are a hoax and James Berry & Associates
name is being used fraudulently. We advise anyone receiving such
an email to ignore it and delete it immediately.
